Do you sell gift cards?

We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.

Cancellation

Orders that are canceled prior to printing will be subject to a Cancellation Fee based on the total order value. Cancellations will not be accepted once shirts have been ordered or printed. Cancellation fees are 3% of the order value.

Returns

To return a RadWears product:

Please contact us via email (info@radwears.ca) with a description of the return and pictures of the product in question.

By doing so, we will review the request and once approved provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What cannot be returned:

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at info@radwears.ca.

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@radwears.ca within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

The only time there would be an exception, is in the case of an exchange. If the customer opts for an exchange rather than a refund, Radwears will cover the cost of shipping on the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided through the same payment method used when making the purchase. The refunds can take up to 15 business days, depending on the provider used.

Returns for exchange or online store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Packages lost in transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

To return your items:

Contact our Customer Care via email at info@radwears.ca to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.

  • Write the RMA number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
